At Dazzling Mosaics, we offer two type of deliveries
- Standard Delivery which is free and takes up to 5 working days. Standard delivery is suitable for all the products which are available in the stock.
- Made-to-Order, which takes up to 4 weeks once your order is placed. This delivery is suitable for all the products which are made specially after you place an order.
(Please note this service takes 1 working day, so if you order over the weekend we expect your order to arrive with you on Tuesday).
(Please also note this service is not available for Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man and the Scottish Highlands & Islands).
When you have chosen your required delivery just enter the one you want when you are checking out. We normally use courier service for deliveries, however, small orders may be sent via Royal Mail. If you have any special delivery instructions please be sure to include these when prompted when placing your order. A signature will be required upon delivery of your order so please make sure someone is in, or you have made alternative arrangements.
If an order is not collected and is returned to Dazzling Mosaics we will resend your order on request, but you will be charged again for postage, and we will not refund your original postage fee. Please contact us asap via email firstname.lastname@example.org if this occurs.
Here at Dazzling Mosaics, we hope you are happy with your goods. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchases, please contact us by email email@example.com so we can arrange a refund or exchange for you. Please note that we are only able to accept a return if it has been authorized by Dazzling Mosaics within 14 days of delivery, without exception, and must be in a re-saleable condition, in its original, undamaged packaging. Refunds will only be processed on receipt of returned goods by Dazzling Mosaics. Goods are returned to Dazzling Mosaics at your own cost. Refunds will not be given on the original postage cost. You will not be charged postage when we send an exchanged item to you. We recommend that you return goods using Recorded Delivery. And please always obtain proof of posting or a tracking number for returns.
If for any reason you receive a faulty item please inform us immediately either by email firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone 07480804922, so we can either provide you with a full refund (including original postage) or a replacement. Please note that refunds will not be issued until goods have been received by Dazzling Mosaics.
Unfortunately, we don’t allow the cancellation of the order for “Made for Order” products. These products are made only upon your request and it becomes harder for us to find another buyer for it. However, for the stocked products, we accept cancellation.
Stock Levels and shipping:
If an item is out of stock this will show up when you place the item in your shopping cart. Many items, especially larger or heavier items, are not stocked but are ordered on request and this does not affect delivery times. This allows us to offer you a wider choice of products and pass on savings.
If we are unable to get an item to you that you have ordered within the normal delivery times we will contact you and inform you of the expected availability date within 24 hours of you placing your order. You are then free to keep the item on back order and we will send it out to you at the first available date, or choose to be fully refunded. If only part of your order is not in stock, and you have not responded to our contact about the out of stock items within 24 hours of us contacting you, we will dispatch all in-stock items to you. Once dispatched, these items are no longer eligible to be canceled if you choose to cancel the item on back-order.
